The staff at this property were amazing. They went above and beyond everyday and made our stay so special. I would also recommend the Club level. The amenities and staff were outstanding!

Me and my family had a fantastic trip thanks to the hospitality of all the staff. Our room was excellent and the property was well serviced and very clean. No request was denied. Unlike some other reviews I found the restaurant prices very reasonable considering the quality and level of service. The evening live music was a big hit with fantastic performances. It is an older hotel and in 5 years or less will require a remodel but at it’s current status it still ranks among the best and certainly the best I have been at in Cancun. Of concern is the beach erosion hopefully as the currents change the beach will be filed back in ( this is not a kimpinski issue this applies to all the hotels on the strip.
