"We had a great experience at ERC! This was our first experience with an all inclusive resort and we had a wonderful time. Overall, the food was very good and the staff was so pleasant and kind! Our only criticism is we wished that more of the dining options would’ve been available for lunch— only a few of the restaurants had lunch options, some only open for dinner, and since we only stayed for 4 nights we didn’t get a chance to try every restaurant! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to an Excellence property if we decide to do another all inclusive trip. "

"Dreams Riviera Cancun is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED after our 5 days stay. The weather was terrible (rained nearly every day), but the staff was always AMAZING. From the moment you enter the hotel, you are greeted with the utmost joy and kindness and each employee you will meet along the way will treat you the exact same way. The property was immaculate, and we witnessed employees cleaning and maintaining the property daily as well. Restaurants were very clean, and the staff was always helpful and kind. Food was great! Rooms were large and clean. The pool area was well maintained and clean as well. Will definitely love to return!!!"
