"Beautiful scenery place, staff is a 50/50 whether they’ll be in the mood to say hi or help you out though. There’s a difference between attending customers in a good mood and forcibly helping. "

"It was my family's first time ever to mexico a friend suggested we stay at Marina El Cid We were blown away by the whole resort many activities to do many pools. On top there were always different activities and shows daily. The roof top bar Ruf 60 was amazing with the sunset view. Will be coming back for sure next year with more family just deciding when next year in april "

"Great resort for the family. Enjoyed the pools at Tulum, and the beach shared by Coba / Akumal. Buffet is one of best we have been to ever. Would have been nice to get an al a carte every night, but restricted to 3x for a weeks stay. Entertainment was very good, however, paying extra for their better shows feels wrong at an all inclusive."
