"It was in a great location. We stayed inside a jungle in a cabin like room. However they need to improve the services and amenities inside the room. It has lack of lighting, one fan at the corner is not sufficient, no paper towel, bin inside the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner other than the body wash. The bed was stinky, not enough hangers. Overall the amenities need to be improved a lot based on the rent they are charging."

"We made a booking far in advance. Upon arrival they appeared to have double booked their hotelrooms so even though we already paid for everything we had to spend the whole day looking for another place to stay. The alternative they offered was a hotel in the city center far away from the beach and nothing like the experience we were looking for. "The aesthetics of this room was beautiful but the functionality was lacking. Staff was super kind and warm and did what they could. Plenty of parking with security. Fridge in our room made horribly loud sound Showers did not get hot. Shower did not drain well. AC unit on or off, could not adjust anything. Only a sheet on the bed, no blankets. Bed was very firm.
