"Everything was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had requested two rooms in close proximity and they weren’t ready until 6pm. They said we could have rooms at 3pm, but that they might be in different buildings. All the pools were really cold. Also, they said the hotel timeshare presentation would take max 2 hours and they kept us there for 5 hours (they’d switch sales people every time we said we weren’t interested). "

"The resort was amazing, the staff English was not very good. Especially the travel people scheduling the activities, when they would get something wrong and we asked them about it they would just say ohhhh my English not very good as an excuse to overselling us something. Saying a trip was a 10 minute drive when it was actually 30.. and then saying a buffet was included with dolphins but then at the place they said it’s $87 a person and we had 7 people with us… it was very frustrating.
