"We had an amazing stay at the Conrad. Well designed modern hotel. White sands and crystal clear waters. Good selection of pools. Varied dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both the Japanese and Mexican restaurants were superb. A 15% service charge is included on all food and drink although generally this is included in the stated price. Service was outstanding. "The Catalonia Royal Tulum is a beautiful property. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. The beach was especially beautiful. We had the best week here. So laidback and relaxing. I do wish there were more activities and music around the pool. But, we really enjoyed the place. We would definitely come back. "
