"This place is fantastic, and we would definitely come back! Here are a few pro tips for anyone planning to visit:1. Rent a car: It’s essential for getting around.2. Bring water shoes: The beach and water are quite rocky.3. "Loved our stay here. This is our 4th visit to Akumal and my favorite condo so far. Location was great because it was a ten minute walk La Buena Vida and Turtle Bay Cafe. Owner was super great to work with. Plenty of space for everyone. I think there were only 8 units here, so not crowded and lots of privacy. Would definitely stay again."

"This place was amazing!!! I booked this house for a bachelorette party of 9 girls. The space inside was perfect for entertaining, both inside and outside! The layout and vibe definitely make this place stand out! Everything listed is accurate and you cannot go wrong in booking this house for you next vacay! Easy check in! Security guard always on staff - night guard as well! Perfect location to downtown Tulum and just a short 10 ish minute taxi ride down to the ocean and beach clubs!"

"Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. Amazingggg stay and we would definitely go back again. "

"Lovely location. Wonderful pool. Check in process was easy. Seth and Sibley were easy to communicate with and responsive to any question or concern. Quite spacious and clean. The large open doors on the deck helped to cool the place down. But did get a little damp on wetter days with the ocean spray getting blown in. Even on those days with the deck doors closed, the ceiling fans kept the place cool. Would stay again. "

"We had an incredibly poor experience, we booked the house the day before and it was confirmed via email (VRBO emails) however no specific check in instructions. We wandered Tulum in the pouring rain and couldn’t find the location. I had messaged the host 3x with no response. We gave up and scrambled for a hotel room. "

"The aesthetics of this room was beautiful but the functionality was lacking. Staff was super kind and warm and did what they could. Plenty of parking with security. Fridge in our room made horribly loud sound Showers did not get hot. Shower did not drain well. AC unit on or off, could not adjust anything. Only a sheet on the bed, no blankets. Bed was very firm.
