"So much food!! A few minor details on property (our bathroom door wouldn't close all the way & an area of deferred maintenance on the ceiling in the main area), but overall was great. Our 2nd trip there & already talking about our 3rd. Only wish they had an option to not have admission to the parks. Senior citizens here, one with a scooter that is not accessible to most parks."

"Staying at Xcaret was simply one of the best vacations we have had! The entire service and staff was amazing, we had everything and anything when we needed it. Food was superb and delicious. Now being an all-inclusive aside from the all you can eat and drink it includes entrances to their amazing parks which are filled with so many thrills and adventures, from zip lines, snorkeling, rides to Isla Mujeres on a catamaran, driving jeeps in the jungles, swimming in rivers with crystal clear waters...

"Terasu is a hotel in jungle. The building is not new, but the room is clean. The breakfast was simple, but the scrambled eggs was made tasty. It's not too far from Xcaret Park. This is the reason we chose this hotel. After seeing the evening show at the park after 9pm, it took us 10-15 minutes to the hotel. There is no public transportation to the hotel. If you don't have a car, you have to rely on taxi service which is quite expensive. The staff was very friendly."
