"Overall, this hotel stay was good. Our room had a small balcony and kitchenette. The king bed was firm and air conditioning effective. Decor slightly dated but well maintained. It was quite clean and housekeeping came daily with linens changed every 3 days. Only two pillows provided and when we (my husband and I) asked for a few more we were refused. Pillows were lumpy. No face clothes provided. Linens a little bit worn but clean. Unfortunately, the final nights of our stay were disrupted by...

"It’s a great place to stay at. It’s has a great access to the beach and it’s very close to all the shops and restaurants. No lack of options to visit. "

"Good property. Only about a 10 minute drive from the city centre but 40 min walk, So either be prepared to get at least 10,000 steps everyday or take out extra pesos to catch taxis. Right across the street from centro maya(strip mall) and there’s an otto right down the street (2min walk). Never felt unsafe walking alone at night."

"Upon arrival in the room,we noticed an overpowering bleach smell along with a mold smell. We looked around and there was mold along the bathroom and closet walls. We decided then and there to go find another hotel."
