We had a little bit of a tough time connecting with our butler which caused us to miss out on some dinner reservation opportunities, but the food at the other restaurants was still good. The valet service was a little slow so we started requesting our car early. Also, the food at Helios was really the worst food we had at the resort. Everything else was absolutely great!"
