"We had an amazing stay here for our vacation! All of the staff were super friendly and attentive, and check in/out were both so smooth. The food was amazing as well. The buffet has so many options for everyone and the a la carte restaurants had great food too. You do have to book a reservation for the restaurants and they do book up a couple of days in advance, so just keep this in mind. "This is our 4 th visit to the property. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the value is incredible. We stayed in the adult only section and it is amazing. The staff was on top of things and we were served efficiently. The buffets were good offering lots of options. We do totally wish the ala cart restaurant reservation option was different. "Overall, it good place to stay. I wanted more active resort hotel, not aware that it is essentially a hoyel with a couple restaurants. I wouldnt say it is the typical large all inclusive resorts. I did enjoy the food. Choices were limited but delicious. Staff was great. Walking distance to beach. This place has sister resorts in which you need to play extra for access and/or transit to. If you just want to chill and do nothng, this is place for you. "

"Staff was nice. Huge breakfast buffet. Place is clean. Nice area, quiet, very lush garden area. Only negative I had was they didn’t have the air conditioning on in the fitness room. Also the building itself could use some repairs. I’m a home remodeling contractor maybe I noticed things others wouldn’t."

"I last stayed at Playa Palms quite a few years ago and I was pleasantly surprised that the friendliness of staff and conditions of the hotel still stayed the same. Excellent… Considering it is close to nightclubs and the busy 5ta avenida the rooms are very quiet. As a solo traveler I felt safe and found everything conveniently located, very walkable. I would definitely return to this hotel."

"Safe and friendly resort. We went with our family and felt extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Didn’t worry about the kids. Everyone was welcoming. Grounds were well maintained and the resort was clean. Yes there was some erosion to the beaches but they were still very enjoyable and with many public beaches within walking or biking distance we did not feel we missed out.
