"We loved most everything about this property except the food wasn’t great and EVERYTHING on property closed down by 11pm. No alcohol after 11pm or before 10am. And the food (besides Mexican) was sub par. But worth it for location, cleanliness and entertainment. "

"Food was good taste, and a lot of choice. The beach is beautiful, shallow, no waves. Big , nice pool with hydromassage installations. Staff constantly washed windows, glass doors, floors, sidewalks. I had to call the front desk not once to get missing towels, water bottles or something else, and all the problems were solved in a matter of minutes. The staff were polite, and patient . Planning to be there again. "

From the moment we arrived, Karla Jasso, who is part of the concierge team, made sure our check-in was seamless. "This property was amazing. The staff was so hospitable & extremely accommodating. The food surpassed my expectations. Even the buffet had amazing, authentic Mexican food. The restaurants were all great, I was went to all of them and was never bored of the food or service. This is a calmer resort which is exactly what I was looking for. It is a huge property though & I believe the other side was a bit more high energy. The beach is rocky, definitely recommend water shoes are brought. But overall I loved it, I already planned my next trip there"

"We just got back from spending 9 glorious days and 8 nights at this resort. It was our first AI resort experience. We were not left disappointed. We initially reserved our honeymoon room being privileged guests which gives you more perks at the resort but while there we upgraded to exclusive members and we’re so happy we did. The service from the staff at this resort is top notch! We are looking forward to coming back and hopefully seeing familiar faces. Karla, you went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and our special celebrations were truly made special. They are lucky to have you with their excellent team. Xavier, you were so kind and patient and helpful. Thank you. Nestor, always greeted us with a smile and made sure we were happy. His smile and happy demeanor is contagious. Meyrli out on the beach, serving us cocktails, and juices always made sure we were left without wanting. She was so attentive. Andreas, the bartender at BLoved was so great. As with the others, he always greeted with a smile, and made sure we were ok. One evening, we came down for our romantic dinner, which wasn’t ready due to rain, he saw I was upset, he rushed over to my husband and I with our drinks that we had been ordering. He knew what we liked, and what we needed. That kind of care and attention is priceless. Food selection is amazing and delicious.
