"Safe and friendly resort. We went with our family and felt extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Didn’t worry about the kids. Everyone was welcoming. Grounds were well maintained and the resort was clean. Yes there was some erosion to the beaches but they were still very enjoyable and with many public beaches within walking or biking distance we did not feel we missed out. There’s lots to do at the resort for all ages. Many options for day excursions near by including Tulum, snorkeling and Rio Secreto."

"I loved the way they incorporated the jungle into the design. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We booked all of our meals for the week on day one and enjoyed what was offered. Our room was clean as were the grounds. We also enjoyed our morning pool exercise programs with Nico and Abraham!!!"

"This was our 3rd time. The only thing we didn't like was the pressure to buy into their membership (time share) This will not detour us from going back. The property, workers, food, beach and just the whole resort is what keeps us going back. "
