"We had good stay at Dreams Tulum Mexico. The resort is good but not extraordinary . I would expect a little more for the price we paid. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms are a little dated. There are not enough restaurants and during are stay half were closed. I must say service was good the staff are great no complaints there. Overall for a 3 night stay I , would consider this resort again."

"The beach was beautiful. All of the staff were friendly especially Quetzabel, the hostess at Palapa and Aurelio, our favorite bartender. The property and rooms were clean though the rooms were lacking some amenities.The food was hit or miss like most resorts. Only two bars were open late. All in all a good value. We would return."

"First time at EDSS. We did enjoy the large rooms and liked the idea of the swim out suites. In reality, the swim outs that are elevated are cold and unused. The pools are not heated, not just the swim outs but the main pool. The pools are also heavily shaded which might be lovely in warm months but the I couldn’t even bring myself to do more than dip a toe in December.
