"For the price this space was a good option. The finishes are nice and the bed is firm, which my husband liked but it was a bit too firm for me. "We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The plusses: great location, lovely property, remarkably quiet, good air conditioning, very nice shower, clean room, in room safe, friendly / helpful staff. Minus-just one. My GOODNESS the bed was hard!! Half a block walk to the beach, same to the pedestrian street full of shops, restaurants and street performers. Bonus, one evening we got back and found a large family of raccoons who may have lived in the cenote on the grounds. Very cool."

"The staff were very helpful and kind. Everything was tidy and well kept. When there was an issue, it was addressed very quickly; like when our air-conditioner stopped functioning.
