Beach was excellent and pools and all were great. Gym is lacking and some things didn't work. Food was decent and breakfast especially excellent. Cleaner than anyplace I've stayed. Staff is beyond excellent and accommodating. Cannot wait to come back.

Enjoyed my stay. Room great. Had a great server at breakfast and lunch, Her name is Naty. She was fantastic. If there was anything I would say need improvement it would be the food.

Liked not having to make reservations for special dinners . The beach bars were awesome and that they brought out popsicles and ice cream to beach. Loved the coconut party. Loved playing the games on beach every day. EVERY worker was king, friendly, and hard working ! The bands were great. We LOVE Riu
