"Our room smelled damp and the toilet didn't work the first night but they came immediately to Fix it. No water in the room and had to asked three times to get water bottles. We paid for an upgraded room so this was disappointing but the room was really big:). "

"What a wonderful resort! It was so clean, beautifully modern, staff were plenty, attentive and friendly, and the food was fabulous! My kids loved the Kids Club and we loved it as there was no need to reserve a spot and they could pick and choose activities each day. Only downside was the beach, but everything else made up for it. Would highly recommend for a family vacation. "

"We had a fantastic all inclusive week long family vacation here at the end of March '25. This is a boutique resort, smaller. The food was amazing. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Daytime was busier with the cruise crowd and day passes with the evenings much quieter. Rosita from housekeeping was wonderful (Rm 1433). Thank you!"

Staff is always friendly and helpful, food is great and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. We have stayed at a few other places throughout the years, but no one else makes us feel like we’re home when we bisit Cozumel. "
