"My sisters and i stayed here for a week and had a great time. The location is perfect as it is short walk to 5th Ave and to beach. The condo is exactly as described. The host service was extremely responsive to our questions, etc. The one knock against the place is the outdoor furniture was lacking. "The entire experience was wonderful. The condo, pool and resort is kept immaculately clean. The staff are friendly and provide impeccable service with great tasting food. The views are just as incredible as shown, which is great if you get a rainy afternoon. I loved just sitting and staring at the Palm trees swaying, turquoise water and ever changing clouds. The beds are very comfortable, great kitchen.We enjoyed the walk into town along the lush boulevard with Mayan ruins and beautiful homes....

"The condo was clean. The maid service was excellent. We had a door knob quit working and someone came and fixed it quickly. The condo does need updating with paint, and just to let general spruce up. The beds were excellent patio furniture is very dated. Overall, I would come back, but would hope that the owner puts a little time and money into the condo."

I sent several messages to them before I got a clear answer that there was a front desk clerk 24 hours a day. Also, I had booked a room with picture of a fridge, but they told me in comments no rooms had fridges. I had one after all. Comments did not explain to you that there is an elevator too."
