We had a couple of issues like we got a wake up call at 4 am we didn't request, they didn't refill our shower soap or little towels, our room service order was messed up twice, there weren't a lot of vegan options at the buffet, there weren't enough serving spoons at the buffet so the cross contamination was wild. "Our second time this year at the property. As a family unit with young kids it’s great for everyone! Although what I really didn’t like is all the smoking and vaping everywhere we went. Even though there were smoking areas and signs saying no smoking people weren’t respectful and nobody enforced the rules it was disappointing. Adults were smoking in the pools even! And one of our last nights there at la fondue a few tables over a man was consistently vaping at his dinner table with zero respect...

"We had a wonderful stay. It's not a 5 star resort and we knew that when we booked it. The food was ok and there were a few issues with the water flow in the sink and shower in our room, but we made it work. The mini golf was pretty much unusable as it was flooded. But the A/C worked good in our room and the friendliness of the staff made up for any small issues we encountered. The beach and snorkeling was amazing. It was a nice quiet stay without a party crowd and always plenty of beach chairs....

"Property was very clean and nice. Staff were very attentive, would like to thank Alex one of the servers from Kampai, for making our lunches memorable. However, the beach was lacking and the app they used for booking restaurants was unreliable. Lastly, the resort comes with free airport transport, visit to the cenote or catamaran but this was never communicated to us until it was too late to book. However, overall great experience and would definitely come back again."
