"Communication was poor before arrival. Comments said front desk closed at 6:00 pm and I was arriving close to midnight. I sent several messages to them before I got a clear answer that there was a front desk clerk 24 hours a day. Also, I had booked a room with picture of a fridge, but they told me in comments no rooms had fridges. I had one after all. Comments did not explain to you that there is an elevator too."

"The food was amazing, I had so much wonderful food. There were some good activities. The catamaran and snorkling was nice. I paid extra to scuba dive and it was wonderful. Booking dinner is somewhat complicated. You should do it as soon as you arrive because many restaurants don't have availability unless you're a week out. There is an app but it doesn't always work, so you have to book with a concierge and they aren't always near your room, have limited operating hours, and sometimes...
