"Communication was poor before arrival. Comments said front desk closed at 6:00 pm and I was arriving close to midnight. I sent several messages to them before I got a clear answer that there was a front desk clerk 24 hours a day. Also, I had booked a room with picture of a fridge, but they told me in comments no rooms had fridges. I had one after all. Comments did not explain to you that there is an elevator too."

"The food was amazing, I had so much wonderful food. There were some good activities. The catamaran and snorkling was nice. I paid extra to scuba dive and it was wonderful.
