"I highly recommend Casa Azanik. We had a party of 7 family members, but we could have accommodated so many more. The booking process was extremely efficient, and the concierge helped us book shuttles and activities. The manager and the daily caretakers helped us navigate Akumal wonderfully. Although we did eat at some local restaurants, our favorite meals were the ones prepared for us at the villa. "Just got back from our week long stay at this house and there is nothing bad to say, its all amazing. Everything is as described, the house is on one of the better sections of beach with good snorkeling out front. Plenty of shade or sun, whichever you prefer. Pancho and Mercedes kept the place spotless and Mercedes food was fantastic. The pool was also a great configuration for our non swimmer 3 year old. "Beautiful property and nice, quiet neighborhood. For such a beautiful home, I would have expected some basics like cleaning supplies, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, also salt/pepper, oils for cooking, etc. The water was not safe drinking water and purifier made it taste salinated and terrible. Also, showers need to be cleaned better as they are full of mold. Pool needed to be cleaned and the nearby gym equipment was all broken. "We had a 10 year vow renewal on the beach. We had a couple villas in the community. The only thing is it’s 3 floors and it’s stairs all the way up and the beds in the second floor bedroom aren’t very comfortable. The king on third floor was good though. The roof top deck was nice. It is located far back from the beach but this space was only for sleeping and holding people’s food. They have a golf cart service for when you buy groceries that will load at your car and take it to your unit.The...
