"Just came back from a week at this resort. Beautiful property & their employees worked so hard. We stayed in room 2840 (ocean view). Our room had some issues (toilet wouldn’t flush, only extremely hot water…both were fixed within a day). Our kids room was extremely hot (also fixed but still hot). There was a time when both our keys didn’t work and we had to wait for security, then had to go to the front desk to get new keys. The room refrigerator was not restocked multiple days in a row,...

"This property has a lot to offer with food activities pools and beach. The people are very helpful. The beach is very nice with not much sargassum when i was there. If you want lounge chairs by the pool and beach you have to get up very early to save a seat."

"Likes: pretty, good location, excellent restaurants, very friendly staff, ocean front room worth the extra cost. Option of quiet pool and party pool. Bali beds open to everyone. Loved the lazy river from my room. And so many more Could improve on: carts on the property were sometimes aggressively driven, could offer trip to puerto Morales a couple times a week at a reasonable price. Better signage for restaurants, had difficulty finding some. Gift shops open too late."

Under new ownership with renos underway so lowlight was loud construction one night until 2 am and no running water on our departure day at 5:30 am (no shower before long travel day).
