Find Hotel with a Concierge in Great Lakes

"First of all i missed the fine print of additional $25 per stay charge. No water pressure in the shower. The hallways were a maze of confusion. And reminded us of the shining. The room could have used a microwave. With that being said, the staff was super friendly. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel was located close to most downtown attractions, as well as the redline to wrigley field."

"Every thing was lovely we were well taken care of strawberries and Champaign for anniversary. Quite polite staff for most part. Check in lady not very nice and checking out lady not very nice. Sheets on bed were filthy and room cleaner refused to give clean sheets our whole stay. I had to use top sheet as a sheet."

"The property was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no parking garage close to use which meant we had to use vallet parking which was a tad bit more expensive. Other than that, good experience."
