"Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff helpful and friendly. They said there was a complimentary coffee machine and bottled water but there wasn’t any in our room. I could have asked but didn’t bother. "

"We had a pleasant stay at the Fairmont in December. The hotel was clean, located in a great spot, and had the basic amenities we needed. There were some aspects of the room that showed their age (a light was missing in the bathroom and we could see into the ceiling) and the elevators were painfully slow for access to high floors, but for a quick weekend trip it was a good choice. Due to lack of refrigerators in rooms and noise levels we would probably not choose this location for a longer...
