Everything was excellent except it was too warm for us in the room. We could not get the heat to go below 71 no matter what we set the thermostat at. Asked at desk about it. They sent tech up while we were out. He set it on cool. We didn't realize it till late that night . Put it back to heat and it still wouldn't stay down to where we set it. Other than that, everything was great! Pool and hot tub were fabulous! Would definitely stay again! But will check out the thermostat earlier in the day...

The property was very clean and all the staff very friendly. The Steak House was amazing, and so nice we didnt have to walk outside. Our room was large, King size bed descent size sofa; and large bathroom. We would definitely stay again in the future.

I love staying at the casino celebrated my birthday. My view was phenomenal. My room was not clean properly pretzels sticks crushed on floor and other small particles. House keeping couldn't coome to next morning. They woke me up at 10 am to vacuum a room that should have been reaady upon arrival so irritating. I asked them to come back later. My shower was totally disgusting it was black mold in the shower. I complain about that also. I am not impressed with Ceasars diamond room which was not cheap on a Friday & Saturday night.I also took pictures for the manager.
