I thought the staff was really helpful. I wasn’t a fan of the parking situation but the garage next door was nice to deal with. They just kept calling with stipulations like you can’t come and go with the car easily and because of concerts we wouldn’t have access at times, that kind of thing. It was convenient for transportation, walking, food and other conveniences which was nice. The room was really nice but the air conditioning/heat kept getting stuck on high blast and was too warm for our liking even when we tried to adjust it, made for difficult sleeping. Price was good and fair compared to other sites in the area.

It is an old building so We were very pleased with how clean the rooms were. Tub drained slowly but did not affect our shower schedules. Radiator was a little confusing but it didn’t bother is because the weather was beautiful. Will stay again

The smoking rooms were not available due to some maintenance. This is one of the main reasons i stay at this property. So that was a disappointment. Other than that, it was fine. I wish they made more of a effort to take care of me since i stay here so much.

Avoid this dump. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Our room had an overwhelming, eyes and nose burning stench of some sort of floral, chemical cleaner or something. We left after 15 minutes. The staff were unbothered. There are much better and comparatively priced places in the city.

Lobby area was real nice, rooms do not match up at all. It was like living in a dorm. Central heating, not great lighting, just not up to standard. Otherwise though no qualms.

We stayed at this hotel in the past, and it has gone downhill. Everything is outdated, frayed carpets and poor patch jobs, hallways smelling of marijuana, etc. Such a beautiful building, sorry to see such disrepair. Room otherwise basic, but relatively comfortable.
