This was a beautiful place to stay with easy access to everything. However there was only 1 luggage cart and my room was on the 8th floor. When asked about the availability of more luggage carts the attendant at the front desk was rude and not helpful. I had to locate the 1 luggage cart from another guest. Also, there were no sheets for the pullout sofa bed and it took 3 calls to the front desk to get them delivered. The next day, I required more sheets, washcloths and towels but they were not delivered so I had to find a cleaning cart in the hallway and helped myself. I was there 5 days and I had to do this 3 out of the 5 days. The front desk would not respond to any requests when contacted.

Loved our room and the accommodations. Only issue we had was asking three times for the light bulb to be changed in the bathroom. Still wasn’t fixed by the time we left after being told multiple times someone was coming to fix it. Just made for some cold showers.

Everyone was very nice and professional, the breakfast buffet is awasome with so many different delicious choices to eat. The black receptionist during the shift of 5am was very rude but the manager step in and help us, he was very nice.

Everything was excellent except that we never had more than Luke-warm water to shower in. Would have been nice for a hot shower after exploring in the cold. The breakfast, hospitality of the staff and location can't be beat.
