"My husband and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary and it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had partial views of the falls. We did the dining at the restaurants and they were good. The buffet could’ve been a little more hot. We did the rooftop firework experience with a bottle of sparkling wine and a charcuterie board. Overall it was a beautiful experience. Everything is close by. "

"Convenient if attending event at the convention center. You can walk across the bridge so there is no need to worry about weather. Beds are comfortable and clean, nice walk in shower. Rooms have a fridge but could use a microwave. Overall 4.5/5"

"The thing I disliked the most is parking costs! $100 CND inside the hotel per night and $50 offsite! That’s LUDICROUS for a top end hotel like the Hilton! I’m disabled with mobility issues and made the staff aware of this even flashing my disability parking permit and it still did not mater said all handicap spots were taken! Appalling in this day and age! Hotel was great otherwise!"
