My family and I all six of us adults were comfortable in the family suite where there was an extra bed in the “livingroom” and two beds in the bedroom.

I booked this hotel because of fallsview room and fallsview breakfast area that is on the 9th floor. There was no mention that breakfast hall was under renovation. Instead we had to have our breakfast in a restaurant at the lobby, walking around to find food, coffee, toasts etc all in different corners of the restaurant. It was a terrible and cold breakfast

Hotel is great location to access the falls, we upgraded our room to 29th floor (avoid higher floors if any vertigo issues), facing falls which was great apart from a dripping bath tap. Great views. Coffee and tea in room plus fridge in ours which was useful. Breakfast was ok, limited hot food but had an array of cold options, it was a bit chaotic when busy. Shop in the hotel is very expensive so I would avoid. Was nice to get the vouchers for free drinks on the afternoon. Overall happy with our stay, we loved the falls but it’s pretty commercial around the hotel so was nice to visit Niagara on the lake for a more chilled out experience.
