View was spectacular. We were able to see the river and the pier. However, there was a $100 a night charge for incidentals which was strange. Plus another $30 fee which we were told could be used for services at the hotel. None of which we needed. This place was nothing special. But it was convenient and the view was nice.

I stayed at Swissotel for New Year's Eve. I'm celebrating New Year's Eve in Chicago every year. I stayed at Swissotel before and I liked the hotel. What I like about Swissotel I always get a river view, that is why I like the Swissotel hotel in Chicago for the river view. With be back for St Patrick's Day in March 2025.
