Property overall is fine and good location. The outside has new construction outside the hotel and impacts Valet and parking. We had to park our vehicle off property and manage our luggage through the streets. This wasn't communicated and was a disappointment. Valet team wasn't helpful and I couldn't believe the amount of little concern during check-in as they blamed the city on construction. We obviously survived, but for a hotel with a great brand, they didn't handle this issue well.

We have stayed here a number of times in the past three years and are consistently pleased. The location is excellent, the rooms are beautifully laid out and super clean. Reception, concierge, valet parking, housekeeping and maintenance staff are friendly and take great pride in their work. This time, Stephen helped us with a maintenance issue. He came to our room promptly, solved the situation and was personable. The gym Is excellent. It has a high level of cleanliness, machines are kept in good order, and the view from the gym is fabulous. The adjacent café has tasty food that is perfect for breakfast or a quick lunch take out.

Our stay at this hotel was pretty good,staff was friendly and the location is really convenient ,we were able to enjoy some shopping on the underground pedestrian walkway,as this hotel has direct access to it,room was very clean and we were able to check in early at no extra charge.The valet parking is worth it,the only thing that I didn’t like is all the construction around it ,was difficult to find the entrance but once we called the hotel they directed us to the right place
