"For someone coming to work for a week in Toronto the suites are very handy. Easy to pick up food/drink ahead of time and with the fridge and microwave can reheat. Saves money on not having to eat out every night and pay for drinks. LCBO in the Eaton Centre and lots of food options. Room was clean and large with 2 decent sized and good TVs. Housekeeping was good and polite. Of course I tip daily and they do appreciate that. Anyway recommend the place for the price and location. A few bums around but you'll get that anywhere downtown. Hotel felt safe that's just any big urban core. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel for a long weekend getaway in Chicago (Wed-Sun). The room was generous and quiet. We grabbed lattes at the first-floor bar/ restaurant a few times. The hotel location is awesome, there is a grocery market across the street, easy access to the subway system a few blocks away and one block from all of the restaurants and shopping of Michigan avenue. We will definitely be staying here again on future Chicago trips!"
