We recently visited Niagara Falls during Thanksgiving break. The view of the waterfall from our hotel was majestic and beautiful. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was also excellent, and our stay was comfortable. However, the hotel charged us twice. When I contacted the hotel, they told me that the incorrect transaction would disappear after 5-6 days, but even after ten days, it is still pending. I am frustrated that the hotel made such a mistake.

Wonderful stay and beautiful views of the Falls from the hotel. I got an upgrade to a king room with a perfect view of the falls. The only one thing that caused me to give 4 stars is that the hot tub in the room was not working. Excellent staff!
