"Great downtown location, walkable to many places easy transportation. Room was small but well laid out, great amenities in the bathroom like a toothbrush and toothpaste which was awesome as we were out of toothpaste. Great for one night. "

"We enjoyed staying here as we had a side view of the falls, I do not think the price of the room for this hotel was worth it and found it to be a bit over priced. We went up on a snow storm, only to find no parking on property. The sidewalks and such were not maintained from snow or salt. The hotel clerk was not aware if there was any valet (valet was off assisting others). The parking lot was down the road, up a back road, behind a restaurant. Again nothing was shovelled or safe to get around...

"The Congress Plaza Hotel is an obviously old building, but they have done their best to update it. The room and bed were comfortable, clean, and well organized. There are of course some parts of the hotel that have maintained the old nostalgic feeling, but I didn't find anything off-putting or overly concerning. Overall, a satisfactory stay!"
