"Everyone was so friendly! Ash kindly checked me in early and my housekeeper Paulette was so sweet & kept my room in great shape. The food at the lounge downstairs was delicious and there were plenty of things to eat and do nearby since we were in the center ofnthe city. The only suggestion i have is fornthe hotel to get microwaves that guests can use. Itd be freat if they put one in thenice/vending machine rooms on every floor. "

"I love how excisable it is from all the restaurants, casinos, and the falls. I did have a minor incident with insects on the bed however they did take action and moved me as soon as possible. Thank you, staff!"

"Desk staff was amazing. Rooms were immaculately clean and all decor was excellent. Food and service at the cafe was excellent. Only downside is no parking affiliates with the hotel available had to use city parking garage underground but next door. "
