Room 674 was terrible - the mattresses are EXCEPTIONALLY worn out. Horrible sleeping experience. we were without bath towels for the day despite requesting from the housekeeping staff twice and main lobby conceriege once - when i checked out, they said i did not inform anyone. overall would not recommend a stay at this place.

Overall a very comfortable stay. Very comfortable beds, well appointed rooms. Fallsview rooms had an incredible view of both American and Horseshoe Falls. In a great location, especially if you/your kids like Clifton Hill. All staff we interacted with were very pleasant, helpful and polite. Being one of the properties attached to the waterpark be prepared for noisy hallways (at any/all times of day). Parents who let their children run wild in the hallways should know better but unfortunately many don’t. We heard very young children running up and down the halls well past midnight. Beware the parking situation. There is a self park option (not at the hotel itself but at the Niagara Casino nearby). The total parking charge (self, not valet) was almost $110 after taxes!!! Having stayed in NF many times, we knew parking could be expensive but that far from the actual hotel we found it to be excessive. They don’t tell you how much parking is at check in, only ask if you require self parking or valet. In fairness to the lovely lady who checked us in, I should have asked but we’ve never paid that much in Niagara Falls!!! Left a very sour mark at the end of a very nice stay. There is a lot next to the Casino where friends parked that was only $20 per day. All in all a great stay. Next time we’ll park elsewhere ; )

The linens were dirty. Even the employee who changed the linens saw how dirty it was and when he took the layers, there were stains under hidden. it was a terrible experience for the money that we paid.

It was very loud. The people above us were very loud and stomping all night. Parking was listed as $35 on the website, but they said it was $45 plus tax, but didn’t change on the website. The staff were all very friendly and professional.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the Falls, love the indoor access to restaurants, water park, Hershey world and has a Starbucks on the premises. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Good location and close to all amenities and most important very close to the falls. The only downside is the parking rates. They have hiked up the parking rates big time. Self parking $45 / day and valet is $65 / day, it’s more expensive than Las Vegas, unbelievable.. ..
