Staff was great and very friendly. Problem with our room key was dealt with and they very apologetic. Room was ok and clean. Breakfast was good and lots of seating. My biggest issue was the tv. They're working off a satellite and it was very glitchy and poor picture quality. Good value for the price in Niagara Falls.

The price point was great, staff were so nice and helpful and the place was clean. It is a short walking distance to the falls and clifton hill, saving you time on walking or money for parking. Breakfast is included and it was fresh and good. Complimentary coffee and delicious cookies in the lobby! Thank you for the great stay!

It was a pleasant stay at Country Inn - Niagara Falls. However, it could be better. Everything in the hotel seems old. The beds needs replacement or an upgrade. We have a 4 month old baby and we were staying in a family suite with 2 Queen bed & sofa bed. The beds makes noise, poor mattress quality, it looks like the bedding wasn't change properly. We put our baby on the other bed and the mattress is uneven. For the price that we paid for (475 for 2 nights) we could've gone to a better hotel but we weren't even allowed to cancel or make changes in our reservation.
