All the staff we interacted with--behind the desk, housekeeping, and at the restaurant were lovely, welcoming and accommodating. The fresh ground coffee from the station in the lobby was delicious, as was the daily breakfast delivered to our rooms. "unfortunately, when i got in the room the towels in the bathroom were on the floor and long black haris in the tiolet and the seat was up. Trying to overlook that the desk and side bed table were not wiped as they had glass and show dirt, finger prints, and hopefully just oil marks on them. However, the staff was extremely helpful and apologetic. They moved quickly to clean it up and make everything right. "
