"I liked the view of fall from my room, this hotel is in perfect place for seeing the fall. Clean and tidy room. What I dont like is its parking. Its way too expensive. $70 per night! Its crazy! Check in time is 4 pm and check out at 11am! What they do with this 5 hours! Paying $299 and getting only 19 hours is not fair for them. "I had an amazing experience at this hotel! I was able to check in early and was even upgraded to a room with a stunning view of the Riverwalk. It truly exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—right in the city center and close to so many of Chicago’s attractions. The staff were fantastic, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. "Was a perfect location for my 3-night stay. Room very comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Heard from others that the complimentary coffee on the second floor was very good, but I am not a coffee drinker so I was not able to take full advantage of that included amenity. Would have liked a greater selection of teas or hot chocolate as an alternative to coffee. My room included an automatic coffee maker, but no pods for coffee or tea. My room also included a small fridge and microwave, which was great. A room booked for another member of my group was missing those two items."
