"Really like the staff,hotel, everything about it. Pool was nice, only downside is the doors slam so easy so if you don't have respectful people. I can wake u up. Also, the go around with hotels.com was stressful, not the hotels fault. "

"had a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and sitting area. size was perfect! wish there was tv in second bedroom and phone in living room. slept 8 but chairs/seating for 4 in living room and dining area. staff was attentive. Restaurant on site is more of a cafe with limited hours. close thought to Rideau Center 1/2 block and restaurants. Definately would stay again :)"

"The rooms were old and dusty,but they had late check out at 1, so that's nice and they had coffee 24/7 .But we did run out of TP and I heard some one on the phone saying they ran out too."
