"The lady at the front desk during check in was not very welcoming. I stood in front of her for close to five minutes before she even acknowledged me. Then her greeting was, "what's the name." Not very professional. Room was worn, but quite."

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious ..."
