The staff were amazing! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Food was amazing too. The resort is located in such a perfect location. There is a mall, pharmacy, convenience store, etc all closeby! There are so many activities to do everyday. We loved the aqua zumba especially. I recommend this resort to any first time visitors to Cancun.

This property was average with plenty of potential! The shows were very good and the beach was fantastic. But the food variety was poor and only one buffet area. They need more chairs as opposed to loungers in all the pool areas. Need more bar tenders in lobby area!

Room was clean. Lots of meal options. Snack area was small. Hard to access if anyone else was there. Most of the time it was empty because a few people would take platefulls and was not replenished fast enough. Snack area is a great concept just needs to be a bit bigger. Really enjoyed our stay.
