"Our room was not right so we had to switch rooms 3 days in, we were supposed to have a sofa bed for our teenage daughter but they gave us a room with one bed and the roll away bed provided was awful. Other than that the staff and food were wonderful "

"The distinction between guest and preferred guest limited places to eat for breakfast and lunch. Which led to lines at dining areas and long walks to where you could eat. The staff was outstanding being helpful and responsive to needs and any issues. Plus they were friendly!"
