"We loved our stay . Staff was really nice especially Esmail (waiter) . He was very courteous and pleasant. Activities around and in the pool were top class. Food choices were good but nothing compared to Cabo All inclusive adults only Riu resort. One of the friends had an accident and bath rob got dirty. 5 star resort charged $15 for dirty bathrob which was truly off putting for that level of resort. This is the reason I gave 4 star !! Thanks. "

There was a man in the platinum lounge in the El Cid hotel whose name I did not get, but he was a sweetheart. Highly recommend this place. They helped make my anniversary so special.
