"Our family (grandparents and our 20 month old) came last month and we had a great time! Customer service was great from the start. Check-In was easy and quick with a welcoming drink. Rooms were clean, just the outlets for usb wasn’t all working. House keeping was great the whole time and drinks were kept full each day, we asked for extra water. The restaurants were all pretty good with excellent service. Servers were all friendly and kept drinks full and plates clear. The buffet was probably one of the best I’ve see and had. So many varieties of food. They have theme nights which was great! Mexican night was our favourite of course. Diego at the Sport Bar was awesome! recommended some tequilas to bring home. Pools area had seatings at all times, the beach had more seatings and the water was clear with very little seaweed. Overall great experience and would highly recommend. Just not a lot of things to do if you have kids. "

"Beautiful property. Plenty of dining options, service is exceptional. Travelled with a toddler. Felt safe as a family. Room was dated, but mostly comfortable. Several different pools around the property. All were easy to access except the main pool which was challenging/near impossible to get seats at unless you claimed some before 10am. Beach was beautiful. Entertainment was fun. "

"It’s a great resort. Staff is great and my brother and I had an amazing time. Just a heads up - even though it’s not a couple only resort, mostly couples were there. So, good for family vacations. We also kept asking for a divider for privacy in the room and bathroom but we never got one. Food was very average. The Indian restaurant served poor-quality Indian food. It wasn’t a deal breaker because location is amazing and staff’s friendly. Amazing access to the beach. "
