"We LOVED our stay at Moon Palace. We stayed at the Grand, & it was beautiful! We arranged offsite trips through the hotel & enjoyed each one! Staff, food, hotel, & amenities were top notch. My only complaint is the high pressure sales at the time of departure. They would be more effective to email me a discount to return a week later, than try to high pressure me into buying another stay before I can leave the property. "
