It was a 25 minute walk that I enjoyed. The property itself was fine, an average apartment building. The only thing I would change is that my room was on the third floor and I recently had an issue with my leg I wish I would’ve known it was a walk up building because I would’ve asked for at least a second floor or so, the room...

"It was a little difficult to find initially but once I understood the layout it was fine. The room is clean, neat, well maintained and has incredible views.There is a bodega on site for basic needs. There is restaurant on site overlooking the ocean. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The busses in Cancun are easy to use to go up town for shopping."
