"This condo is clean and functional. Both bathrooms are on the main floor so be aware that people in the upstairs bedroom will have to travel down stairs to use the facilities. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioners worked well. These are older condos right on the pretty and well-maintained Marlin Beach. "The place was overall great and our host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The villa is really the end of a row of large beachfront condos not a standalone villa but it was spacious and more than enough room for our family. "the property is as advertised . we had bad weather and still had a good time, pool and pavillion are great place to spend time. the place is set up to handle a good family crowd , and the conciere was freindly and very helpfull."

"This was a friendcation/vacation with 7 couples. 5 of the couples had never been to Isla and they were not disappointed! The house was in the perfect location with the most beautiful view! It was close enough to walk downtown or take the carts if we needed. Our housekeeper who came every day was also very sweet and did a great job. We had a wonderful time and everyone loved this trip. Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

"After reading some recent negative reviews about the Royalton Riviera Splash Cancun, I was hesitant to book with my girlfriend. But to our surprise, the resort was spotless, the staff was super friendly, and our experience exceeded expectations! Don’t let bad reviews scare you. The pools were awesome, and our room was clean and well-kept. The food was solid—the buffet was always good, and some specialty restaurants were definitely worth checking out. Our favorite was Hunter Steakhouse, with Agave and the Cave also being really good. Just keep expectations reasonable! Shout-out to Alberto, who was a server/bartender by the pool. I asked for a beer, but they were out. Instead, he noticed I had a cocktail the day before and brought it to me without me asking—that’s top-notch customer service! Also, thanks to Felipe, who helped plan our excursions. He didn’t just try to sell us things but actually gave great recommendations. We had an awesome time at Islas Mujeres and snorkeling with green turtles! FYI the beach is not crystal-clear water, which we expected, but it was still beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. One heads-up: get to the pool early (7-8 AM) to grab a good spot as it fills up fast! Overall, we had a great stay, and every worker we encountered was friendly and helpful! "
