"We have children that live in Playa Del Carmen and stay here on the way home a few nights normally before flying from Cancun. One of the most beautiful beaches in all the Maya Riviera with the Peninsula blocking the larger waves. Staff and service are incredible. There may be other options with Golf but if you want an amazing beach, an amazing resort and great staff and service look no further. Our favorite for 10 years Thank you Krystal"

"Third time staying here in 2 years. Had a couple issues with key card reader and a gap in the window, like someone tried to open it. Got a supervisor involved and our key reader was fixed in minutes and maintenance came back and fixed the window while we were at dinner. Super amazing staff!!!!"

"Me and my family stayed for 7 nights , and I cannot say how much I loved hotel Riu dunmar , all the staff are absolutely amazing !! If you go to the pool that’s mostly for kids right next to Riu land well closer to it make sure you look for Freddy he comes around and makes drinks and we’ll make your day, the sweetest happiest and man ever !! But all the staff was amazing , the girls in kids club are sweethearts and great with the kids !! I highly recommended this resort and me and my family...
