"The resort was amazing, great staff, food and amenities. We highly recommend the swim up rooms as you have a private pool area and servers to bring drinks 10am-6pm. The rooms had lots of space and beds were very comfortable. Restaurants had good variety of options and we enjoyed all of the food available. Make sure to book a few excursions to get off of the property and break up your stay. Amstar has a table within the resort and provided super fun and safe trips, we did the Tulum outing to the Mayan ruins, Cenotes and snorkeling, as well as the Xochimilco boat trip. Overall, well worth the cost if you can find a good deal!"

"Second time wev'e been to this hotel. 7 times to Cancun. Beatriz helped me coordinate our stay again, top rated customer service. She took care of all our needs. Maria scheduled our golf tee times such peace of mind. After we stayed the first night we wanted to change the tee times, Jonathan and Gabriel rescheduled our tee times and were so pleasant and helpful. We loved swimming and playing golf. The food was exceptional. We plan on going every year."
