"Property is great for families, lots of things to do. The water park area is super fun. Lots of eating options, the wait in the restaurants may take a little but it’s with the wait. Our favorite was the Japanese restaurant. Very easy access to catch the bus in front of the hotel if desired. The location is nice and quiet and safe. The pools could be a little more clean. Same with the side elevators. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Enjoyed our time! Beach was beautiful, room was spacious, had some really good food options, super close to the ultramar dock, and most of the employees were really nice! Would like to call out the rooms are not soundproof at all and you can hear everything that’s happening outside your door, like you know when your neighbors are coming in and going out. Also it gets pretty crowded and people ‘save’ lounge chairs by just leaving a towel on it, so it’s hard to find available ones sometimes. Would return with friends/family but probably not for a romantic getaway!"

The entire experience was amazing, from the stunning beachfront location to the incredible variety of food and drinks.
