"So, I would like to write a very honest review , it is a tiny bit critical but overall very positive. The apartment itself is worn(out). A lot of trim and doors are painted black with a million chips. And the whole apartment needs a remodel/refinish. However, the location is spectacular! It is right on an absolutly gorgeous beach! "We enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated unit. Lots of light through all the windows and a good breeze kept us cool. The view is wonderful across the water and down to the pool area, and the large deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Arlene, the property manager, and the rest of the Caribbean Reef staff, were friendly and helpful. "We really enjoyed the property, Beautiful view of the ocean you see Isla de Mujeres at a distance. Unit was big enough for a family of nine.
