"I spoke with desk staff 4 times during my 10-night stay re lack of heat in my room. At first, the heating/cooling unit wouldn't even turn on. After a couple of days, it would come on but only blow cold air. Asked a third time to have the unit checked, a small, ineffective space heater was provided. Finally, a couple of days before departure, when i was asking for a late checkout, I was told that the room was already booked for the next guest. I strongly urged them not to let this room out again...

"It was a good stay at the Copthorne Tara Hotel. Very convenient to stay, close to public transport service. High Street Kensington Underground is just a walking distance. Many halal food options for Muslims and a variety of good coffee shops for a coffee lover."

"The staff were all excellent and professional. The food in restaurant was very good as well. The breakfast buffet was excellent, so many options to choose from and everything is quality. The bed was very comfortable in a spacious room. Westfield shopping centre is 10 minute walk away which is just past the Shepherds Bush tube station. We really enjoyed our long weekend and will definitely be going back."
